F.A.Q.

Design:

All of our shirt designs are hand made. They are exclusive to the Prestige Apparel web-store and our RedBubble page. If you see our designs anywhere else online, they have been stolen. Feel free to report stolen art here prestigeapparelcontact@gmail.com

Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders are generally processed within ten to twenty-one (10-21) business days, but may take up to thirty (30) business days to be delivered. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. However due to the nation wide shortage on shirt blanks, some orders will take longer to ship off. Please see the section on this topic. 

General Shipping:

In stock orders will are processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. In stock items mixed with pre-orders will require a slight wait... as the Pre-Orders can anywhere from ten to thirty (10-30) day's to ship. 


Combined Shipping on Orders:

We do not combine shipping, period. All items will be shipped in seperate bags. 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

Due to Covid-19 we will not be taking any returns.

Exchanges are ONLY accepted if there's a company error. (For example if you've received the wrong size or the wrong shirt design. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us immediately to correct the order. Size exchanges after shipping will be granted with a 15% restocking fee through PayPal. Customer is responsible for all postage on replacement orders. All items must be exchanged within 30 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 60 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. In order to be eligible for an exchage/reorder you must provid photo proof that the shirt you recived has a company error. charges are waived for mistakes or defective merchandise ONLY. Please email prestigeapparelcontact@gmail.com for the details on your order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.  

Refunds are not available on Pre Order items. A refund can be requested after you have recived your order but only if it is the wrong size or shirt design. Please be aware that print size may vary slightly from the mock up images on the site, however they should be very close. 

Nation Wide Shortage on Shirts

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there has been a massive shortage on shirt blanks. So please be aware that some orders may take longer to send out than others. Wait times can be anywhere from 14 - 90 days depending on the order size and whenver blanks become available. We will do our best to get everything out as fast as possible. Also keep an eye on our instagram for any updates for shipping or production updates.
